How does the procedure work?

Currently, there are many preparations available on the market, but the treatment procedure is very similar. Tissue stimulators (preparations based on, among others, hyaluronic acid, collagen, calcium hydroxyapatite, amino acids and L-polylactic acid) are applied with a thin needle pointwise into the dermis. This allows the substances to reach the target site of action directly, bypassing the epidermal barrier.

In the initial stage, after the injection, the initial effect resulting from filling with the product is obtained. Then, due to the stimulation of collagen fiber synthesis, the collagen structure, which is the backbone of the skin tissue, is rebuilt, leading to the final result of the procedure. What ailments are treated with tissue stimulators?

• Wrinkles: Weakening of collagen fibers-whether the result of the aging process or the result of a genetic predisposition-results in sagging skin and the formation of wrinkles. Tissue stimulators contain ingredients that provoke the production of new collagen and elastin fibers.
