In accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data (hereinafter referred to as RODO), as well as other generally applicable laws on the protection of personal data, we undertake to maintain the security and confidentiality of the personal data obtained.

When processing Users’ personal data, we apply the principles:

  • Data accuracy: we take the utmost care to ensure that the data we process is up-to-date and truthful,
  • Purpose limitation and secure storage of processed data: we collect personal data only for a specific and legitimate purpose. we store data in a form that allows the identification of the data subject. we process them only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which we obtained them (unless we are required by law to continue processing),
  • Data integrity and confidentiality: we provide such technical and organizational solutions that make the processed personal data secure,

Accountability: we are able to demonstrate that we are acting in accordance with applicable laws when processing personal data.

On our website http://prive-club.pl/ through the “Contact Form” we collect the following personal data from Users:

  • Name – when filling out the form; necessary for contact;
  • e-mail address – when filling out the form; through the e-mail address it is possible to contact;
  • addresses – information resulting from the general rules of connections made on the Internet such as ip address (and other information contained in system logs);
  • cookies – the site uses cookie technology to customize the site to individual needs and to provide services.

Provision of the above data is voluntary, however, it is necessary for communication to be established.
If the data are not provided, it will not be possible to contact the customer and it will be impossible to provide the service.

We do not share the personal data obtained from the customer with third parties, except for entities cooperating with us, such as hosting companies, companies providing accounting services, etc. In such cases, the amount of data transferred to cooperating companies is limited to the required minimum.
Customers’ personal data held by us may be made available to the competent public authorities if required by applicable law.

Personal data that we have obtained from customers is not transferred outside the zone of the European Economic Area.

Customers have the following rights in connection with our processing of their personal data:

  • The right to access your data, including obtaining a copy of your data,
  • The right to request rectification of data,
  • The right to erasure (in certain situations),
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority,
  • The right to restrict data processing,
  • The right to object (in certain situations).

If data is processed on the basis of consent, customers may additionally exercise their right to withdraw consent to the extent that data is processed on that basis. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. If the customer’s data is processed on the basis of consent or as part of the service provided (the data is necessary for the purpose of providing the service), the customer may exercise the right to portability of personal data. They may be sent to another data controller.

The Data Controller has implemented an adequate level of security for the processing of personal data in the computer system.
The Administrator shall apply technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the processed personal data appropriate to the risks and categories of protected data, and in particular shall protect the data from being disclosed to unauthorized persons, from being taken by an unauthorized person, from being processed in violation of applicable regulations, and from being altered, lost, damaged or destroyed.
