\u00a71. General provisions<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. These salon regulations, hereinafter referred to as “Regulations”, set out the rules for the use of cosmetic, beauty and hairdressing services provided at PRIVE Beauty & Hair salon, ul. Rajska 1\/5, f, g, 80-850 Gda\u0144sk, NIP: 583-287-12-16, hereinafter referred to as the “Salon”.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Salon clients are required to read the Terms and Conditions before proceeding with any cosmetic or cosmetological treatment, hereinafter referred to as “Treatment”.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Entering the Treatment is tantamount to accepting the provisions of these Regulations. Each Client is obliged to comply directly with its provisions from the moment of informed consent to the Treatment until its completion.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. These regulations are not regulations for the provision of electronic services within the meaning of the Law on Provision of Electronic Services and apply only to services provided at stationary establishments.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\t\t\t

    \u00a72. Customers<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
      \n
    1. Any natural person of legal age may be a customer of the Salon.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. It is permissible for minors over 13 years of age to use the Treatments with the express written consent of both legal guardians or sole custodian or legal representative. An employee of the Salon is entitled to request the submission of the relevant consent at any time and to refuse to provide the Treatment, in the absence of consent or refusal to provide it.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      \n\t\t\t\t\t

      \u00a73. Employees<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
        \n
      1. Employees are properly trained to work in their positions, as well as having all the required certificates, approvals and permits to work in the capacity corresponding to their position.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. The employee, before starting the Treatment, is obliged to check the condition of his workstation and ensure that he has a supply of disposable and protective materials and sterilized instruments.<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. The employee, before starting the Treatment, is obliged to disinfect the position, hands and forearms up to elbow height and reusable tools. The same activities are performed by the employee during the treatment, if he interrupts the continuity of the treatment, and after the treatment is completed.<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Salon employees are required to keep hands and nails in such a condition as to minimize the risk of scratches and cuts.<\/span><\/li>\n
      5. Salon employees are required to secure their hair to minimize the risk of hair entering the treatment area.<\/span><\/li>\n
      6. Employees of the Salon are obliged to comply with health, safety and fire regulations.<\/span><\/li>\n
      7. Customers should immediately report any deviation from the above rules to the owner, manager or other member of the Salon staff who is on duty at the time.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        \n\t\t\t\t\t

        \u00a74. Hygiene and safety<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
          \n
        1. Flat surfaces and other items of Salon equipment with which the Client has no direct contact during the Treatment are disinfected or sterilized at least once a day.<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. The salon has its own autoclave for sterilizing tools.<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. All the technical products we work on are strictly for the procedures offered, disposable articles complete the sterility.<\/span><\/li>\n
        4. Employees of the Salon are required to perform systematic health examinations in order to eliminate all diseases, infections, conditions and ailments that could expose Customers to harm or transfer to Customers.<\/span><\/li>\n
        5. Salon employees with open wounds and cuts or oozing skin lesions that cannot be properly protected from contact with the client’s body are excluded from providing cosmetic services until the above deviations are completely corrected.<\/span><\/li>\n
        6. In the event of an unintentional (unrelated to the planned course of treatment) violation of the Client’s body shells during the Treatment, the Treatment is immediately discontinued and the injured area is immediately washed, disinfected and bandaged according to the extent of the injury. If the damage occurred through the sole fault of a salon employee, the treatment is completed at the client’s convenience, at no additional charge, by appointment and only after complete healing. In other cases (including self-inflicted injuries of the client\/themselves), the scope and timing are determined on an individual basis.<\/span><\/li>\n
        7. Only disinfectants approved for use in a cosmetology office are used in the Salon.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          \n\t\t\t\t\t

          \u00a75. Provision of cosmetic\/cosmetology\/hairdressing services<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
            \n \t
          1. PRIVE Beauty&Hair Salon offers packages of services in aesthetic cosmetology, applied cosmetology, permanent eyebrow makeup, eyelash styling, numerous face\/body treatments (manual and machine), cosmetic consultations, hairdressing, treatment packages, hair transplants. The current offer is posted on the salon’s website <\/span>\nwww.prive-club.pl<\/span>\n<\/a> and <\/span>\nhttps:\/\/booksy.com\/pl-pl\/98864_prive-beauty-hair_salon-kosmetyczny_20383_gdansk#ba_s=sr_1<\/span>\n<\/a><\/li>\n \t
          2. Before starting the Treatment, the Employee conducts an interview with the Client in order to determine whether the Client’s health condition, past or present illnesses, as well as lifestyle do not constitute contraindications to the Treatment or pose a risk of side effects, and in order to determine post-treatment recommendations.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
          3. Each client is acquainted with contraindications, side effects and post-treatment recommendations, and by proceeding with the Treatment they are fully aware of them and accept them. In the case of the most serious Treatments and complications, the Employee has the right to receive written confirmation on the subject and to refuse to perform the Treatment in the absence of the Client’s willingness to make such a statement.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
          4. Clients, before the start of the Treatment, are required to notify the Employee of any ailments and contraindications that may affect the course of the Treatment, in particular: heart disease, use of a pacemaker, cancer, inflammatory conditions in the acute phase, history of hepatitis and other infectious diseases, pregnancy or the postpartum period, prostheses or IUDs (e.g., intrauterine devices) in their possession, taking medications that reduce blood clotting, and unusual reactions to the sight of blood or interrupted continuity of body tissues.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
          5. Whenever a Treatment is not performed in a series in which the interval between consecutive Treatments is a maximum of 7 days or before the start of the next series, which follows a period of more than 14 days, the Client should confirm the validity of the interview and the information provided.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
          6. The Client is obliged not to wear any jewelry during the Treatment. All valuables are to be kept by the Client at his responsibility.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
          7. Clients are required to immediately inform the Employee of any deterioration of their well-being during the course of the Treatment.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
          8. If there are doubts about the safety of performing the Treatment, the Employee may refuse to perform the Treatment.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
          9. The employee also has the right to refuse to carry out the Treatment if he\/she has doubts that the Client is not planning to defraud the Treatment and if he\/she finds that the Client is under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
          10. Failure to accept the terms and conditions is tantamount to cancellation of the service.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t

            \u00a76. Payment<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            1. The customer is obliged to pay for the cosmetic services provided. The Price List of Treatments is available at the Salon and available online at: <\/span>

              \n<\/a> and <\/span>
              \n https:\/\/booksy.com\/pl-pl\/98864_prive-beauty-hair_salon-kosmetyczny_20383_gdansk#ba_s=sr_1<\/span>
              \n<\/a>. <\/span> <\/li>\n
            2. Prices included in the offer and on the website, are subject to change. This does not apply to previously purchased passes, packages and gift certificates. If there is a change in the price list, the client will be informed before the treatment is performed.<\/span><\/li>\n
            3. Promotions are not cumulative with other promotions and discounts, unless specifically stated otherwise in the special offer.<\/span><\/li>\n
            4. Salon promotions apply to treatments selected from the Salon’s offerings.<\/span><\/li>\n
            5. The duration of salon promotions and the type of treatments covered during a given period, is determined by the Salon. All the above information is given each time in the current salon promotion.<\/span><\/li>\n
            6. The following payment methods are made available in the Salon: cash payment at the cash register, payment by credit card at the terminal, blik and online payment through booksy.com.<\/span><\/li>\n
            7. The Salon reserves the right to conduct temporary promotions for Treatments provided at the Salon. Taking advantage of the reduced price or promotional offer may be subject to separate rules, which will be made public. Customers who have paid the full price of the Treatment are not entitled to any claims on account of the promotion.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              \n\t\t\t\t\t

              \u00a77. Responsibility<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

              1. The reception area and other parts of the Salon are monitored.<\/span><\/li>\n
              2. The salon is covered by internal monitoring, due to the safety of customers and salon staff. Acceptance of the terms and conditions of the PRIVE Beauty&Hair salon is tantamount to acceptance for image registration.<\/span><\/li>\n
              3. Customers are responsible for any damage to Salon equipment without limitation. Damage caused by minors is the responsibility of their legal representatives.<\/span><\/li>\n
              4. The salon is not responsible for outer garments. The salon is not responsible for any items left in the outer garment, especially valuables, bags, backpacks and purses, which the customer should keep with him.<\/span><\/li>\n
              5. Failure of the Client to comply with the provisions of the Regulations or making false statements about his\/her health condition and contraindications or in the interview, will result in the exclusion of responsibility for the performed Treatment on the part of the Salon<\/span><\/li>\n
              6. The Salon is not responsible for the Client’s dissatisfaction with the final result of the Treatment, resulting from subjective feelings. The treatments are performed in a professional, artful manner, and each client is made aware that the results of the treatment are subject to individual conditions and may not be fully satisfactory.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t\t

                \u00a78. Reservations<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
                  \n
                1. The Client should make a prior appointment in person, by phone or through booksy.com to have the Treatment performed at the Salon.<\/span><\/li>\n
                2. For booked Treatments, you must arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time. The Salon retains the right not to perform a Treatment for a Client who shows up more than 10 minutes late.<\/span><\/li>\n
                3. Notwithstanding the above, with the express consent of the Client, the Treatment may be performed even though the Client is late, with the proviso that the individual stages of the Treatment will be shortened at the discretion of the Employee (performed in part), with the exception of stages that have a specified minimum duration. The full price is due for the Treatment performed in this way.<\/span><\/li>\n
                4. If the Treatment is delayed for reasons attributable to the Salon, including the Employee, none of the stages will be shortened.<\/span><\/li>\n
                5. The Salon reserves the right to cancel the date of the Treatment up to 24 hours before its scheduled start. The salon will simultaneously arrange a new date for the Treatment with the Client.<\/span><\/li>\n
                6. Priority in scheduling the Treatment is given to Customers who have made a reservation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                  \n\t\t\t\t
                  \n\t\t\t\t\t

                  \u00a79. Absences and cancellations\n<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                  \n\t\t\t\t
                  \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
                    \n
                  1. Failure to attend the Treatment on the scheduled date or cancellation of the appointment less than 24 hours before its commencement, entitles the Salon to charge a non-refundable fee of up to 25% of the value of the agreed services.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  2. The customer may also be charged the above fee if he or she is excessively late for an appointment and the service cannot be performed within the remaining time.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  3. In each case, the decision as to whether a fee will be charged is considered on a case-by-case basis by the owner or manager of the salon.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  4. The fee is never charged before the visit. The fee is not charged when the service is performed, so you will pay the agreed amount for the visit in full when the service is completed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                    \n\t\t\t\t
                    \n\t\t\t\t\t

                    \u00a710. Complaints<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                    \n\t\t\t\t
                    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
                      \n
                    1. The Client has the right to file a complaint about the manner in which the Treatment was performed or its effects, within 3 days of the performance of the Treatment or the occurrence of undesirable effects of the Treatment. To make a claim, it is necessary to prove the performance of the Treatment at the Salon in any form.<\/span><\/li>\n
                    2. Complaints shall be submitted in writing in person at the Salon or by email to managerprive4@gmail.com .<\/span><\/li>\n
                    3. All complaints will be recognized within 14 days.<\/span><\/li>\n
                    4. If a complaint is accepted, the salon will not refund the price of the service performed. The salon may offer a correction and additional benefits as compensation.<\/span><\/li>\n
                    5. If a complaint is denied, the customer has the right to appeal the decision within 14 days. In appeal proceedings, the above provisions shall apply mutatis mutandis.<\/span><\/li>\n
                    6. If the Treatment is questioned immediately after it is performed, the Client is not relieved of payment for the service performed. He has the right to file a complaint.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                      \n\t\t\t\t
                      \n\t\t\t\t\t

                      \u00a711. Other provisions\n<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                      \n\t\t\t\t
                      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
                        \n
                      1. Smoking and the use of tobacco and nicotine products, including electronic cigarettes, and other stimulants and intoxicants are strictly prohibited throughout the Salon. As well as there is a complete ban on drinking your own alcoholic beverages.<\/span><\/li>\n
                      2. If a client shows up under the influence of alcohol and\/or other intoxicants, PRIVE Beauty&Hair employees will not perform the arranged treatment. Such persons and those behaving rudely will be asked to leave the salon.<\/span><\/li>\n
                      3. It is forbidden to bring animals into the Salon.<\/span><\/li>\n
                      4. All persons on the premises of PRIVE Beauty&Hair are required to comply with these rules and regulations and follow the suggestions of the staff.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                        \n\t\t\t\t
                        \n\t\t\t\t\t

                        \u00a712. \nFinal provisions\n\n<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
                          \n
                        1. Each customer has the right to inspect the regulations, price list and certificates referred to by the Salon or Employees.<\/span><\/li>\n
                        2. The salon reserves the right to make changes to the regulations. The new provisions are binding from the moment they are published in the Salon. For reservations and Treatments performed before the change, the existing provisions shall apply.<\/span><\/li>\n
                        3. Any disputes arising from the provision of cosmetic services should be resolved amicably in the first instance.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
